Community Resource: Gillian (Dulong Community)

Our GroundBreaker community lead in Dulong, Gillian Hall has been attending some training workshops over the past couple of months with a focus on community planning and strategy. Here are some of the resources she's discovered that may be useful for some of us as we look for frameworks and models to help in the planning of initiatives. Gillian has offered to provide feedback on their effectiveness as she puts them into practice.

"The blue shape was marked on the floor with masking tape.  The section in the middle with the zig zag lines is the 'groan space', the messy space before things are put together and seeing clear action we need to take. Working out your 'sweet spot', where you like to be most in the process can be helpful when working with others." Image credit: The Art of Hosting.
